I swear this game hates me sometimes. I want to get rid of Rocket for a while now so I started ignoring her and hitting her with a net (even if it's painful). But instead two of my favourite villagers wanted to leave! First Midge and today Tabby was thinking of leaving as well :azusad: Is that payback for hitting Rocket?

On another note, I got such a lovely letter from Stu today which at leadt cheers me up a bit: Image

Ps: New month = new fish and insects to catch!

Apparently the hitting with your net + ignoring doesn't work that well... I read that you might increase chances by talking to the villager until they get burnt out by it. So exactly the opposite, actually ^^' Although this does remain a mystery.

SO ready to get back on the museum grind hahaha

I did the May Day ticket thing yesterday and it was really easy xD Didn't get all the Bell Coupons out of it though because I didn't really think it through properly and just wanted to get to the goal :rogerlul: It was a nice little treasure hunt but it was over so quick!

I also want to decorate my island better but reconstruction is just so time consuming! For example today I noticed my fruit tree meadow is off by two squares/patches (no idea how to call them) so I gotta move it all at some point because I want it to align with my plaza :tsun: I also want to find a nice pattern to put on the ground there but I don't really know what to search for.
And don't even get me started with the flowers! I got so many damn flowers, I don't know where to put them anymore. I guess I should sell some. And then I ask Isabelle for my island rating I can't get past 4 stars because my island "lacks appealing scenery". Are one million flowers not enough??? I know she means furniture but still. And now all of a sudden she brought fences up again, I thought we were through that topic :ohno:
But yesterday I had a nice idea for some island decoration that I want to do soon. I started it but the place where I put it ended up being too small so I need to move it somewhere else. Just hard to find a place when there's flowers everywhere.

That sounds like a magnificent amount of work... I'm still waiting for Redd to appear, because I want to fill my museum with all the art xD

Judgement Redd wasn't on your island yet? :pika: I already bought 3 paintings from him. Filling the museum will take ages though.

So I bought 11k turnips today for the price of 93 bells per turnip. I hope I won't regret this considering that I can only sell on afternoons the coming week :ohno:

I bought 7.4k for the price of 92 bells. Anything beneath the 100 bells is a good purchase! I'll keep you updated on prices on my side. :dancingblob:
