• Due to the pandemic I am working from home, which is cool but gets boring,
  coz I still work graveyard schedule
  
  I have an oven, so I've been cooking everytime
  
  AND the biggest news, we have lots of kittens now. Yesterday 3 was born! An addition to what we have, 3 (4mo.old) kittens

Welcome back! Baking?! What sort of stuff do you like to make? I probably might take on a new project if this COVID break goes on super long, but enjoy making my own recipes.

I hope baby kittens sleep through the night more than baby humans...

It was super fortunate that we bought our very 1st oven before everything closed up, so I took to experimenting with it. I used to do no bake desserts and with the oven I made and will be making a lot. I have made Cookies, cakes, cupcakes and just awhile ago, pizza!!! Next pies.

What do you plan to bake? :3

New kittens are fine, the bigger kittens are noisy when they wanna go out but we don't want them out a lot coz accidents might happen :(

[mention]miss_SMP[/mention] since the quoting will get messy. Great to hear on the kitties and usage of the oven so far.

The most successful experiment is my white chocolate cheesecake recipe. Took a couple years of slowly experimenting (takes quite of bit of prep so I only made it for special occasions). I'll probably work on a new cake recipe. Got a bunch of squeezed guava juice and it probably will be a perfect alternative to zest (negate the excessive/"clawing" sweetness). Only problem is that using fruit juice throws off the chemistry, so the experimentation is trial and error on not having a runny batter.

Pizza looks delicious...started drooling a little bit. I know what I'm doing for dinner tomorrow.

Those kittens look absolutely adorbs! Great to have you back on the forum, along with so many other OPF members^^
