I watched Mad Max. 8/10. I liked the Max and Jessie interaction a lot.

Given Movie 9/10

I’m not crying, you’re crying! And I’m so finding that song to add to my playlist.
He delivers once again. It’s short but packed with goodness.
Spoiler
I knew this one was about the other two band members but we still got some quality cuteness and skill development from Mafuyu and Ueyama. Plus it didn’t feel forced at all to me. The beginning was a little weird in that it just jumped right in but such is life. It’s assuming you’ve seen the series.

Godzilla VS Kong

9 out of 10.

Monster fights are great, the ending felt rushed to me.

Mega's Review on Joker

A movie about the Joker from Batman unlike the Christopher Nolan movies this one goes more about the Psychological part of the Joker. As many said online before it is basically a Mans descent into madness but was it his own choice? Well not exactly.

The camera work in this movie is great unstable yet focused where it needs to. Lighting and music fitting to the szenes. Dark and grimm during most of the movie but you see glimmer of light and colour at specific moments giving life yet it really isnt as joyful its used sparringly and effectivly.

Music and sound design worked in tangend with the lighting and fitted the szene even had the background music be from the radio adding static to it making it less like a movie and grounding it further. And if music was used for szenes it was use just as effectivly and sparringly as the lighting not being overbearing but also adding to the szenes.

I have to say great movie and this is what i can say somewhat without going too deep into detail.
Solid 9/10 maybe 10/10 since flaws were hard to come by and may by repeated viewing when you take more closer looks after having the knowledge of whats going on.

Its quite a sad and insightful movie you feel some happyness when he is happy yet also not.

WW84 7/10 : not a terrible movie but the effects were meh for some things.
Spoiler
Also I could do without the MC literally whining and lining over dick—err a man which ruined her strength. Of course the implication that you can’t be strong and have a relationship is also strong and meh.

Promaré 8/10 : Good movie. I liked the message, I think. I could’ve done without the slight isolationist tendencies. It took a little bit to get used to the art style. The what looks like CGI backgrounds and such really got to me at first but then it grew on me as it matched the theme and setting of the movie itself.

F9 7/10 It was what I expected it to be—utterly ridiculous! And they made fun of themselves for it. Good special effects. People coming back from the dead, family first. Lots of conflict, ludicrous stunts, humor. Over the top twists, turns, formerly useless characters doing something worthwhile. Cameos from old films—Easter eggs letting us know it’s not over yet. Just good times all around. ^_^

Gunpowder Milkshake 8.5/10 So. Much. Fun. The soundtrack alone is worth it. Reminiscent of Baby Driver in that way. Great cast. Angela Bassett, Michelle Yeoh and Lena Headey amongst them. They manage to remind you a bit of Sucker Punch and other grimey movies as well. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Rurouni Kenshin the Final

This is one well-done adaption. The actions were really cool. But destruction in anime looks better than destruction in live action. Real debris look so messy.
Overall impression 9.5/10

@WeebyWitch Family and Family 9? :pikajoy:
