Trying to force-feed myself more. I saw an old friend earlier who didn't recognize me because "I've lost a lot of weight"
Maybe it's because I see myself everyday and I know I've lost some weight (45 pounds) but I still think I'm a chunker with that double-chin going on.

As an aside, I used to always wear belly dancing anklets so I jingled when I walked and everyone knew where I was as a consequence. On the rare occasions when I took them off, I scared the ever living daylights out of people by showing up right next to them without them realizing it because my actual tread is pretty silent :laff: or it was back in the days pre cane/walker.

I can honestly say that I don’t think I’ve ever tried it. My walk was distinctive enough on its own. I could be recognized across campus by people who knew me from behind regardless of what I had on, what wig or new hairstyle, hat, etc by my walk—or so I’d been told many a time.

I wonder if the movie would still freak me out to this day? Hmmm

oh I can even sew the bells to be invisible into the linings of your clothes, I’m no pretty sure. We can always turn you into a cat girl so the bell would fit right in... :laff
