I only skipped through, so I'll probably come back and comment after watching the episode...but THINGS LOOK GREAT! New haki animations/additional visualizations at the end. Unless I'm misremembering the order of events, there's quite a bit of extra effects added to the fight animation in the first 1/3 to 1/2 of the episode.

It really looks like the anime teams are correctly being broken up into action/fight scenes vs. dialogue teams. The animation and artwork dramatically change in the middle. I should be able to tell if it's a different team for the first part and the last part. As long as the level of art work continues to stay this high for all dialogue scenes, we are in for great experiences for the rest of the series.

>Seriously, shut the f*** up with the Oshiruko, Linlin!
>Caribou is proving to be a useful member of the alliance, at least for the Udon part.
>This episode had a lot of action, Big Mom defeating Queen pretty easily, and even some Luffy badassness, finally standing up to fight an Emperor 1-on-1.
>He also broke the collars, great scene.
>Great animation, the ending was splendid.
>The pace was also quite good, unlike episode 944, I'm satisfied.

I think this happens every arc until she gets defeated...

But yup, lots of great action in the entire episode for sure.

The animation team was completely different, so I'm liking this new organization by Toei.

I really didn’t mind it this time, mostly because, as Chopper said, she’s rampaging due to her kindness this time. And the fact that they explicitly spelled that out pleased me. As my partner said when we were watching it and before it got to that point—“this whole episode could be resolved by sharing”. Seriously though. If Queen wasn’t so selfish, there wouldn’t be any issues. Luffy shared with Hyou-jiji. The first thing O-Lin said when she smelled it was that O-Tama should come in so they could eat together—sharing. They aren’t so different at heart. I stick by my contention that the amnesia is a device meant to prove this point. That her violence is a tool for her kindness—just like Luffy. That I’d they’re ever on the same side—or realize they have the same goals, they’ll become allies. They just need that bridge.

Luffy broke the collars under duress that was beautiful. And Jiji making the call to train him right then plus the acceptance was gorgeousness.
