Wow...that went down fast but to be expected of Inagaki.

Right off the bat, this is setting up the victory. Oh wait...Medusa is out of juice. Hopefully that shrapnel that hits is torso is enough for Stan to think Senku will bleed out and or Stan is forced to retreat with Kohaku likely to go after him.

Luna likely will be kept for information, but hopefully Stan does not have other guns with him. As long as this isn't the case, the remaining fighters will be able to force him to retreat.

I'm not sure about the accuracy of what Xeno did with his calculations, but it was a fun addition to the chapter. Xeno and Stan knowing each other (Stan giving Xeno a chance to think it over) was a great addition for me. The funniest part is that Xeno knows Senku's height from meeting him in person, so the calculation part almost wasn't necessary.

Man Senku is 19 already? Man a lot of time has passed. Also that was nice of Stan to ask before shooting Senku (since he knows Xeno might not want Senku dead).

Yup, multiple years passed during the initial arcs (he probably had a year or two on his own and the overlap and Taiju/Yuzuriha, then about another year or two with the entire village arcs). I forget what grade they are, but three-ish years fits for them being sophomores or juniors. They jumped seasons a bit for both of these where we see almost a year go by in one chapter, so that's where the time literally jumped in a second.

Some of those villagers are gonna die of old age before we know it.

Haha...I can't think of anyone older than Kaseki. I know there are old grandparents shown in some of the fleeing scenes, but they weren't completely bald like Kaseki (him being buff makes him seem younger than the frail elders, who still had hair I think).

I truly think this doesn't happen because there isn't a need for any time skips from now. Corn allows for the expansion of massive towns and to start production facilities. Each area mass produces a certain product, and they establish trade lines to share necessary goods with each other. As this expands, they have all the necessary parts for a space ship (the stereotypical Dr. Stone "road map" just becomes global rather than within the village/where ever Senku is). We probably have an arc for each area, which hopefully comes with a variety of obstacles since there might not be any other humans on Earth (plus the human vs. human stuff can only have so much variety). Essentially the globe map they created is a map of the rest of the series (which makes sense since we weren't shown all of it).

Xeno being able to identify Senku with just his voice is kinda crazy. Is it actually doable, though?

I feel like Senku getting shot here is Tsukasa Incident 2.0, but this time he might actually be put out of comission for a little while - either through minor injuries, or because he has to hide from Xeno/Stan, or maybe both. I feel like the "supporting cast" will get their time to shine sooner rather than later...
