Quirks—What Do You Like? Want?

Let’s Talk About Quirks!! Quirks! They’re the basis for this entire series, right?! So... let’s get into it. What are your favorites? What are your least favorites? Which one would you have if you had a quirk? Why? I’ll start! My quirk would be “perfect mimicry”—I could perfectly/instantly duplicate any skill after seeing it once either in person, written, or digitally performed. I don’t know if this includes quirks or not. I haven’t gotten that far. But I came up with it because I learn that way in real life though not that easily/well—I need practice. The weakness is my senses—I need exposure to it and if the original source is faulty, so is the duplication. Though I can combine the skills to make new ones. Welp, enough about me. I came up with this spur of the moment in conversation and that inspired this thread. I want to hear from you all now!

I think I’d just want to be able to fly, Dragonball Z style. If you’ve ever had the dream where you can fly, it’s one of the most calming feelings. It would be very cool to fly

If I were in a world of heroes, I'd want to have the Erasure quirk. Its so neat to be able to assist other fighters without actually having to fight xD In a normal world, I think I'd want creation. Imagine being able to create a ruler in math class (My math teacher used to give us detention if we didn't bring rulers everyday.) The only downside of creation is that I need to understand the molecular structure of objects that I want to create : Mmmm and for the least favorite quirk... I guess it would be the tail quirk. Its a cool quirk but I feel that it also gets countered by similar and more efficient quirks.

I haven't seen this show in a long time, but I'd have to go with shapeshifting (don't ever have to worry about hair cuts again, and I can have chaotic hair without dying it, cosplay would also be easier).

Quirk that brings the other person to my level in physical stats like strength, endurance, speed etc. They keep all their mental stats the same, though, so they wont get any smarter or dumber. I call it .

I'd want a quirk that could read minds at will but well as far as i remember that doesn't exist since u can have more than 1 quirks like deku or all for one or even like todoroki i want to be todoroki on steroids aka the avatar which is basically fire + water + earth + air + all for one ability to take quirks + one for all previous nakama(predecessor) power

So this is fine. What would the weakness of it be? As for my least favorite quirk? I don’t know if I have one necessarily but Christina Choi has a point that the tail one is a bit out classed a lot and often. I think they incorporated it to show how simple and varied they can be and how people have to work with what they’ve got/be innovative to really make something of themselves regardless of what gifts they’re given—no matter how simple they may seem.

Well it doesn't actually make me better than anyone, for one. And if I was to train myself then I'd just put them in a trained body. So the gimmick only works as long as I'm not athletic and plan around them being out of their element with that, for example by bringing gadgets, guns or other weapons where athletics don't matter.

What would the weakness of it be? well ideally i wouldn't have any handicap i guess lol but if i were to give myself one it would be something like i can read only one person at a time. And Instead of it being like me listening to an audiobook of the other person' thoughts, it would like their thoughts become mine. Essentially that little voice in my head gets replaced by theirs and i think what they think so that i can't actively think over what they are thinking. Also the longer i do it at a time, the more i increase my chances of going insane lol

The Hero world is full of powerful and unique quirks. If I am to create my own, it'll be the combination of some qualities I find necessary to become the greatest and strongest hero alive. I wanna have gravity control, control of space, control of the mind, and the ability of always seeing the truth. My name will be Magnesia. All the quirks will be implemented one way or the other into my costume. I don't think I'd wanna have Ojiro's, Yuga's, Ashido's, Rin's, or Tamaki's quirks : I like the characters, but not so much their abilities

I would want Momo Yaoyorozu's quirk of creation. I feel like the author is taking a very macro approach to this quirk but it has shown to be able to do very fine detailed creation as well. In the right hands I think it has a lot of potential.
