He was like a kid who got picked on and now gets his revenge by telling their parents : Because of Oda copping out of deaths. Let people die.

Yeah I finally pulled myself out of my doldrums to read the chapter and I can’t even remember what I was going to say about the earlier portions of it because I got to the end and was blown away. That was awesome. We knew something was up with the kid but that’s going to be something to figure out for sure. Seeing that Page 1 and Ulti are actually tight—or at least she has a crush on him, is something as well. Looks like Nami and Carrot are heading towards the stage where Momo is being crucified. So that will be interesting. Big Mom is making more Homies. And the rest well I wonder how the new robot form will function. As well as how the others will fare in their battles but that’s just something to be seen. The Big Mom Pirates are clearly not interested in keeping the alliance. I wonder what insider information the group will gain from Kaido’s son though. Obviously this can make the greatest difference.

We all know Sanji! He's never used to let any beautiful lady down, especially when it's about Nami. So Sanji might be going to have a Big Moment in the brothel by using his raid suit on Big Mom to test his might and the durability of his suit.

Anyways, Yamato was idolized Oden when he was a child. So Kaidou was punished him by locking him down into the prison and he was about to let go when Kaidou has come up to a fellowship with Charlotte. In other words, Kaidou was looking down on his own son and disregarded him by idolizing his sworn enemy, Oden. Which the outfit and the handcuff are explaining that to us, why does Yamato dressed the way like Oden!

I saw Artur from Library of Ohara was asking about the scene with Luffy and Ulti, whether it was Haoshoku clash or not. But I think it was just Busoshoku? I mean if it was haoshoku surely it'd affect the people surrounding them. > Anyways, Yamato was idolized Oden when he was a child. Yamato idolizing Oden is a possibility, but I need to see more to make any assumption on why he'd be idolizing him and waiting for Luffy. Sounds like he knows more than his father does. Also, I know Kaido basically killed Oden and destroyed Wano, but actually the true nemesis of Oden is Orochi. So, I can't really see Kaido punishing Yamato simply because of that. I mean, it could be one of the many reasons though. But I think there might be something else.

Nami, if forced to, would agree that she isn't fulfilling her role as part of the Pirate King's crew if she doesn't climb up on her own strength (later). The "weakling trio" all buckle down when they have to. They take the easy way out most of the time, and that's fine. Considering it is probably Vegapunk that gives them their biggest power-up, they just have to hold their own weight until then. Zeus has definitely given some hilarious moments, but he could just poof if Big Mom dies. The blood relationship seems most likely to me (the raw will help a lot once it comes out). GoldenVenus Busoushoku has never resulted in the visualization unless both have haoshoku. So safe to assume Sasaki, Black Maria, and Who's Who also have haoshoku. I really think Yamato seeing Oden as a child answers all of these questions posted. He doesn't have to be old (look at Hiyori). If anything, his build/frame implies he's about that age anyway (Oda is extremely accurate with these sorts of details).

This just looks like a blurry background and the picture on the right looks like the panel of Yamato from this chapter. But the problem is that Yamato has to be a child at the time. Kaidou wouldn't question Toki's power if his son was transported to 20 years in the future. So unless the background character is a child dressed in the priest-like clothes, it cannot be Yamato since Kaidou has seen Yamato and still questions Toki's power being real. Definitely could be HUGE if it is a child-sized background character.

Not a bad chapter! Ulti's hybrid form looked pretty good, unlike her Full Zoan form, which I did not enjoy. And we finally see Yamato! Hmm, from what I'm seeing, he's either a huge fanboy of Oden or Oden himself (the former being a more probable scenario). That was quite an entrance though, he one-shotted Ulti! Can't wait for next chapter!

I would assume just an overlap of fabric pattern then since I'm biased to think Yamato is on the younger side of the age spectrum. Unless Yamato is OLD. This is definitely possible since Big Mom has old children like Brulee/Perospero who look 40+. This would match the theory posted since Yamato can be ~20 y.o. in that panel and then be ~40 now. If the person was standing in front of the barricade, that would fit a lot more to me. Yamato would have the freedom to go where ever he wanted. But, we don't know anything about him, and he may like mingling with the residents (since he likes their culture).

I'm just hoping the fast pace continues and we get a potential conclusion to the Luffy and Yamato meeting (maybe it takes a couple chapters, but this has been the trend of Wano Kuni so far). Oda hasn't been jumping around, so we at worst get a great teaser on Yamato.

Yup, in typical Oda fashion, he's hiding the other breadcrumbs in the midst of exciting stuff. There is definitely something going on with Kaidou's family, and Yamato being the black sheep of the family doesn't seem big enough. I don't see it happening, but Kaidou delaying Momo's execution seems like a possible twist since Nami's group is the closest and she still seems far away (we have zero clue on the blueprint/correlation to the map that keeps popping up). Great integration of the main Wano Kuni characters though. Perfectly fitting with the kabuki theme.
