When it comes to Zoro, Killer and Kidd, I think we’ll get some kind of flashback explaining how Luffy got separated from them and why he looks so pissed off. Maybe Zoro will follow him and they’ll 2v2 Page One and Ulti? I wonder if Nami has the capacity to make fire. Usopp could probably bribe Prometheus with his Firebird Star, though The only Tobiroppo whose location is unknown is Drake, I think. Black Maria is with Kaido, the siblings are with Luffy, Sasaki is tied to a post and Who’s Who is searching for Yamato. I’m curious to see what Drake does because he’s a huge potential wildcard.

I honestly hope not on the flashback. That's perfect material for anime expansion. Oda's going to oversee it anyway. The Usopp aspect could be an interesting twist if he doesn't get chased off. I remember his low quality gun powder getting belittled by Booger explosion guy. The quality determines the taste, so the stuff from Weatheria being the highest quality makes sense. Would Who's Who turn away everything if not related to Yamato? If Yamato is tailing Robin and Jinbei, that means they probably get caught up in the mess that will occur.
