This is a poem I wrote about 4 years ago when I started dating Frankygaon15. It's a love poem I wrote for him before we even met. Someone helped me out a bit because I'm a noob at writing but that was mainly with formatting the poem to make it sound better. The content was written by me. I had it posted on OPF as well but since it's important to me I want to bring it back and post it here as well. I actually couldn't find it at fist which freaked me out but luckily I had the idea to look in an old facebook chat with the person who helped me and found it there :
Anyway, enough talking because it's poem time! :
For the person I love ♥
I am so glad I got to know you,
My most important person.
I can't imagine a life without you,
For my feelings for you are true.
You are the one who takes it away,
The loneliness and the sadness,
Leaving joy and happiness.
You change me in a good way,
With all the kind words you say.
You make me smile and laugh.
You give me strength.
Our bond is a strong one.
The bond of love and trust.
Right now we're still apart,
But I can't wait for the day we meet.
For that we need a strong heart,
And the distance, we have to beat.
I believe that we can do it,
If we never lose hope.
If we fight all the hardships together,
We can stand side by side, forever.
I am not perfect,
But you accept me the way I am.
And for that, I truly love you.
