It is on the left in the menu. I was trying to access the purchase area. I can access it just fine. My bad.

The "quick" version of the chat doesn't fall down. I tried the arrow thingy on the left bottom, but it doesn't work. I'm using Chrome.

I think he means the contracted version of the quick reply. I checked and the arrow which should do that does not work.

I had the $1k VCC in my account ready to spend and went to buy the Ope Ope no Mi but it still said not enough VCC cash. I quickly put it back in the vault so it didn’t get robbed while I was reporting this but... help!! :

The rainbow name doesn’t have chat functionality. You cannot quote, like or @ the users who have them. The effect that Phenom has doesn’t suffer from this problem. Clicking the ellipsis gets you the icons barely visible but trying to click them only clicks the username and takes you to their profile.
