I agree with everyone above. It's an important, and also normal part of life. Not only should it be taught because of health reasons and population control reasons, but people should also be educated about the enjoyable parts of it. Not that that should be taught practically, but people can be informed through other ways and still learn about the pleasure of sexual acts. Also, sexuality should be treated more objectively, without personal agendas or without setting some kind of norm.
We're not there yet, even in The Netherlands (a country that's really open about sex and sexuality (and mostly everything, lol)), but I think we should strive for this eventually. It needs time, though. :
