My sweet baking thread - Baking à la sweetjacky So lately I've been baking quite a lot (yes, three times in two weeks is a lot for me) so I decided to make a thread on the forum to share my creations. Yep, sweetjacky does have a sweet tooth : I really enjoy baking, I'm just too lazy to do it most of the times. They may not be perfect but if people taste what I make and they enjoy it it always makes me super happy. : It's just such a satisfying feeling! Most of the recipes I use are in german but if someone is interested in a recipe I can try to translate it. For now I'll only show the muffins I baked this and last week but I'll also add some older stuff later on. Just need to search through my gallery first. I added some raspberries to them as well but next time I might try it with chocolate drops instead of the fruit. They didn't turn out as nicely as I hoped but the taste was still good. Before baking Finished Muffins I wish I could actually share some with you guys but I hope you're fine with just looking : Stay tuned for more pictures of my baking! :

Yesterday I made some Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins! Yes, muffins again xD Took them to work and my colleagues enjoyed them. Nothing better than a praise like that ☺ If I ever make them again I'll be sure to use a bit less of the chocolate cake and a bit more of the cheesecake because the cheesecake was barely noticeable. Also thanks WeebyWitch! Lately I'm trying to put something on top to make them look nicer. Some things also add to the taste which is nice 🤤

WeebyWitch thanks! : I used up the whole glass of jam I had so I couldn't use any more xD A shame my mom only made the jam after I was done because homemade jam would have been so nice for it! Also, I just noticed I never posted the muffins I made for the May PAW here so I should do that now
