I honestly would be quite rough with my rating. This one just tried to be as overblowm as possible with little substance. Heck if you remove the charges you barely got any content. I see what they were trying to do here animation is doing its best but even then some bits you see they skipped.
Epiaode overall was Okey I would say but damn it makes me wish One Piece foxed its pacing so the episodes do not feel so empty.
