I caught up with this recently.

I’m not a fan of how this fight looks visually because I don’t think the fire/ice can be clearly differentiated that well (and generally Horikoshi’s fight drawing can be very muddled) but the Todoroki subplot is really well written and is very fun to read so I’m excited to see the outcome of this fight!

Marco Polo tbh, I generally prefer the anime to the manga in terms of art for this, so I just don’t focus on that part.

Also i just realized that I never actually posted my thoughts on this. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I’m really loving the Todoroki sub-story. The Deku/Uraraka/Himiko storyline is also really getting good. The way that Deku was called out for his naïveté was so on point (I could hear Kacchan’s voice).

I didn’t expect big mouth from Class 1-B to turn out to be so useful either but that was a lot of fun.

The Todoroki sub story is equally as compelling as the main AFO/Shigaraki plot IMO

weebywitch I didn’t expect big mouth from Class 1-B to turn out to be so useful either but that was a lot of fun.

Copycat quirk is too OP not to be involved, tbh - can’t believe I forgot about him… A main character/primary antagonist with that ability would be real dangerous - let’s hope they don’t steal it somehow.

On the topic of forgetting copycat guy, I forget so many of these characters exist because of how many there are. Which is ironic because I really enjoy One Piece’s massive cast, but I dont think it’s balanced that well in MHA.
