Damn, I never thought this show would go this far, but there's a whole lot more behind those Nomu's than we already knew. The episode brought in some more clues, but also a lot of sadness for Eraser Head & Present Mic. Seeing as their once classmates turns out to have been the basis for Kurogiri. It's like he's one of the nomu, but in a different way. The scene with them trying to get more information out was very well done and it gave them the slightest bit of hope. But then seeing as they are already experimenting on Shigaraki, I think they are already too late!

So many emotions to behold. And that doctor at the end looks really familiar. Didn’t he tell Deku he’d never get a quirk? Uravity’s little doll was adorable. It doesn’t mean what you think, Mina!

And the way they kept flashing to Gran Torino’s conversations with All4One… just brutal. I was crying so bad when the Eraser Head scene happened with his old friend. Ugh. I love Eraser Head's character so much, he's so full of depth.

The kitten story though… precious. And the signature goggles too. So many touches to flesh out the meaningful background. Like the expulsions and readmissions. I wasn't a fan of the initial start of My Hero Academia but it's starting to grow on me especially with the new character development. Oh, the treachery.

It's nice to see some character in Aizawa and to see where his whole demeanor comes from. A very interesting and heart touching episode.

This episode was just a punch to the gut. I won't repeat all the sad stuff lest my dry eyes become drier. I'll ask some questions I've been thinking about: Kurogiri is quite advanced compared to the other nomu. He has intelligence and personality. So the other nomu were definitely results of previous stages of research. But Kurogiri has been around for so long. Why were the older nomu released to wreck havoc only now? To keep the attention there while they experiment on Shigaraki? Since they're already working on Shigaraki, the research has come far. I don't think much can be done, Hawks... > I think they are already too late! Yeah.
