Now, it's time to decide which fruits advance to the Quarter Finals! Instead of having a voting thread for each individual matchup, I'm going to do them all in this thread. But first, let's introduce the fruits in each matchup!
Matchup 1: Ope Ope no Mi vs. Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Ope Ope no Mi: Trafalgar Law's Devil Fruit. The Ope Ope no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to create a spherical space or "room", in which the user has complete control over the placement and orientation of the objects inside, making the user a Free Modification Human.
Nikyu Nikyu no Mi: Bartholomew Kuma's Devil Fruit. The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw Human.
Matchup 2: Moku Moku no Mi vs. Yami Yami no Mi
Moku Moku no Mi: Smoker's Devil Fruit. The Moku Moku no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into smoke at will.
Yami Yami no Mi: Blackbeard's Devil Fruit. The Yami Yami no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and control darkness at will, making the user a Darkness Human.
Matchup 3: Mera Mera no Mi vs. Zushi Zushi no Mi
Mera Mera no Mi: Sabo's Devil Fruit (formerly Ace's). The Mera Mera no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into fire at will.
Zushi Zushi no Mi: Fujitora's Devil Fruit. The Zushi Zushi no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to create and manipulate gravitational forces.
Matchup 4: Toki Toki no Mi vs. Hie Hie no Mi
Toki Toki no Mi: Lady Toki's Devil Fruit. The Toki Toki no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to send themselves and others forward in time.
Hie Hie no Mi: Kuzan (Aokiji)'s Devil Fruit. The Hie Hie no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into ice at will, turning them into a Freezing Human.
Matchup 5: Gura Gura no Mi vs. Horu Horu no Mi
Gura Gura no Mi: Whitebeard's Devil Fruit. The Gura Gura no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to create vibrations, or "quakes", making the user a Tremor Human.
Horu Horu no Mi: Emporio Ivankov's Devil Fruit. The Horu Horu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants the user the ability to create a variety of special hormones that can alter the recipient's body in any way the user desires, making the user a Hormone Controlling Human.
Matchup 6: Goro Goro no Mi vs. Gomu Gomu no Mi
Goro Goro no Mi: Enel's Devil Fruit. The Goro Goro no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into lightning at will, making the user a Lightning Human.
Gomu Gomu no Mi: Monkey D. Luffy's Devil Fruit. The Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that enables the user's body to stretch like rubber, making the user a Rubber Human.
Matchup 7: Fude Fude no Mi vs. Jiki Jiki no Mi
Fude Fude no Mi: Kanjuro's Devil Fruit. The Fude Fude no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to generate ink from their body and—via use of a painting brush—turn images created with that ink into three-dimensional, lifelike objects.
Jiki Jiki no Mi: Eustass Kidd's Devil Fruit. The Jiki Jiki no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit which allows the user to manipulate magnetic forces and control metal with them.
Matchup 8: Nagi Nagi no Mi vs. Tori Tori no Mi (Model: Phoenix)
Nagi Nagi no Mi: Donquixote Rocinante (Corazon)'s Devil Fruit. The Nagi Nagi no Mi is a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit that allows the user to create a soundproof field and to cancel all noises, making the user a Soundless Human.
Tori Tori no Mi: Model Phoenix: Marco the Phoenix's Devil Fruit. The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit which bestows the power to transform into a phoenix (and phoenix hybrid) at will.
