Nagant’s backstory is really good - very consistent with the themes Hori has been promoting over the course of the series regarding what it means to be a hero. She’s disillusioned with it all, and she’s right to be. Though if anyone’s going to convince her there’s hope for heroes, it’s Deku. Overhaul is getting involved now. I wonder what influence he’ll have on this battle?

I wonder what influence he’ll have on this battle? Would love to see One Piece have some better sympathetic villains at times! Nagant's point of view and approach really does logically track. I'm glad she's taken the time to bother explaining it to Deku lol. Some of these panels were difficult to decipher and I think I might be switching to anime-only in the near future (need to trim down my reading list anyways).

I've had this problem with MHA for a while now - epsecially during the Shigaraki battle, I was having a really difficult time keeping track. The quality of panelling is really hit-or-miss for me - but the anime is quite far behind iirc, so I'm not in a rush to pick it back up
