My fat arse needs to exercise. I haven't really been going to the gym since the virus. But I have been doing small home workouts here and there as well as jogging at the local park. So that has been keeping me at bay, but I do indeed have a small belly right now, which I am not used to as I am used to being rather fit.
Last time I worked out (roughly two months ago), I did three rounds of incline push ups, pull ups, curls, squats, and various leg lifts as well as crunches. All at home. Then finished it up at the park with a jog.
I am doing exercise at home daily. I intend to keep a daily record here.
For the past week or so I have been thinking the same. Daily routines and switching up what I do. Might not get toned as I was but at least fit until I can go back to the gym. Many complications due to CV19 so I have to do what I can for now.>
Used to swim almost every day of the week (to train for my waterpolo team back in the day). But right now, I'm quite exerciseless. Once lockdown starts going a bit more easy here, I'll be able to swim again :
