I thought the most interesting about the Episode was at the beginning with the reviews from Aizawa. It was something that I thought added a big line of realism to the episode, because nobody acted perfect. Denki getting blasted for it was good to hear. Since he has a good quirk, but little improvement in my eyes.
Definitely. They needed those reviews. Like Deku (I think) said afterwards, the work study students showed the best responses to the results. They were calm, rationale and looking forward. Them plus Shinso were already trying to see how they could improve to win next time instead of focusing on emotions that were useless to them.
Yeah, Dark Shadow and Hawks were the best duo... that simmering resentment turned actual learning experience and growth is fantastic. I’m telling you, Hawks has darkness inside of him. All that brightness hides resentment against those he works for... he smiles but it doesn’t reach his eyes. He flies because he wants to feel free. He uses his feathers to try to bring the freedom he doesn’t have to others. It could be my head cannon but it seems like it fits. He called them “birds of a feather” and I think he meant more than just being birds. He meant the inner darkness they have to control. But this is my opinion/interpretation. ^_^
