This is a hilarious show. I can see what all of the fuss is about. He totally combines the fierceness of yakuza boss with the skill set of househusband to a tee. It’s perfection. I love how he wins everyone over! That hamburger steak! And those gloves. Oh gosh. I just can’t. Poor thing with the Blu-ray. I felt so badly for him.

I forgot to mention last episode how funny the kitty was! Also I had a feeling the former underling was going to want to learn the new ways. I was not disappointed. The fitness classes and new clothes though. Plus him fussing at her in the grocery store. There’s so many cute moments that it’s hard to count them all. The format makes it easy to watch so I’m trying not to binge the entire thing at once honestly. I’m gonna go watch some Zombieland Saga and other shows then come back to it later. ^_^

I'm so happy this manga finally got an anime adaption! : I already read a few volumes and it's so hilarious, the anime definitely lives up to my hype so far. A really good start. We had a nice introduction to Tatsu. He's such a great houseman and devoted husband. Love that he put in a lot of effort to get a gift for his wife! Even though she already had it xD When the salesman visited it was hilarious how he ended up cooking a simple but familiar meal for him. The cats journey was really cute as well. So many great moments to get hooked to the show^^

The crepe battle? And then the suspicious herbs leading to the cop being like “you know way too much about housekeeping” lol. The parents came over... and that was a mess... but the shopping trip, even his wife was startled and she knows him really well. Santa was just... I don’t have words lol. That cockroach was just wrong though. The cafe job.... Ih lawd, the grocery store and the boss lady. I can’t.... I laughed too much. Those birthday preparations were terrible. And the boss trying to scout Tatsu but changing his mind after the doggie incident (is there sugar on his face or something?). Torii boss lady and the kitty at the end—LOL.

I finally watched iiiiiiit I must say, that slideshow-like style totally killed the mood from time to time and the manga felt much better. But I couldn't stop watching this because Tatsu's voice is Nanamiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnn. But I really enjoyed the story. The way the yakuza way if life seeps into everyday behavior xD The battle of crepe vs (whatever the thing Tatsu made) was too awesome!!!! They waited 2 hours for Instagram likes!!!! Tatsu was really fitting in with Miku's family. I hope Dad can enjoy a good game of catch with him soon. All in all, Tatsu-san is an ideal citizen and community member. He uses point cards, brings his ecobag to shopping, plays Santa for the local kids. I'm definitely gonna follow his teachings when I go live in Japan. : Welp. I'm gonna stop here cos every single episode is so remarkable. The songs are hilarious too xD

> I must say, that slideshow-like style totally killed the mood from time to time I don’t know what you mean… if you mean the way they did it kind of like flipping pages or whatever sometimes or just the unique/different art style, I guess we all have different opinions. It was fun for me in part because it was different and kind of reminiscent of the old Batman shows.
