This was... different lol. I’m not really sure I followed it that well but it was interesting. Like I was too tired for it, honestly but I think that I’ll rewatch this episode with the next one and try again. I’m pretty sure I’ll enjoy the premise of it. The pterodactyl looked pretty nifty and I like all the character connections.

So I’m an idiot. This show is about all the kaiju! How fricking cool is that?! Like seriously? We’re gonna get to meet them all? Sign me up... I can’t wait to see them and their interactions. This is going to be so much fun. The characters are quirky and the kaiju are interesting so I’m in for the ride.

So there was a swarm this time?! And the AI is stealing robots now? At least it provided backup when needed. Also thankfully, this batch died before the battery did. So many mysteries to solve here.

So... there’s a full on Radon invasion. The professor with the “theoretical” particle has it realized and is trying to pick our girl’s brain, the assistant has snitched about the bones in the basement, there’s a reporter on the loose and collaborating with the team, and oh yeah there’s some potential mercenaries going after the bones as well as a few Radon have come back to life and one either who has been hunted or has maybe snuck into the one guy’s car somehow to get to those bones. Did I mention the new kaiju?

So. Many. Kaiju. And that whole ass theory was already created. In fact, they used it to reverse engineer the archetype in the first place based on the kaiju stuff. Crazy. That one guy is up to no good clearly. Sometimes being too stuck on science gets your head far the hell away from common sense and means you need a reality check. Also, I’m looking forward to Jet Jaguar’s fight.

They made it to NYC. Aww this one just wants to play like a kitty cat—so cute!! Ugh—so sad when it got harpooned by Jet Jaguar. Then the reporters being all pompous and stuff. But Mei with the discoveries about Ashihara though. The brains on that woman. Oofta. But she could be contributing to some duper dangerous stuffs inadvertently. Oh noes.

Looks like I missed episode 7 somehow... So many kaiju. So much red dust and so many moving parts. Was that the “reporter” who knocked out the earnest guy from the basement/source of the radio waves? He’s been a bit suspicious this whole time. They’re at least catching on that the researchers are more advanced than they’re letting on. Hopefully they’re going to figure out the truth. Even if they didn’t create this stuff, someone did and they’ve had access to it. Oh yeah, how could I forget? Godzilla finally showed up!! There’s just no good news this episode. Godzilla took over Tokyo. Just when they thought it was over, I’m pretty sure that explosion was just a transition waiting to happen. All of this Ashihara research is pointing to disaster. Jet Jaguar did really well against the kumo kaiju except now there’s a zillion of them. Oh my.

So many spiders plus flying kaiju. Godzilla came back and the Ashihara research is showing a catastrophe in the real world? Hold up. Even worse, it’s already starting? That’s just great.

So.. at first I thought Mei was Ashihara but then I thought she wasn’t and now I just don’t know anymore at all. What I do know is that she’s done some sort of time travel thing somehow I really want to know what happened.

So... it really hit the fan, huh? Like I was thinking that the reporter guy was BB from the past somehow but then they were in the same place at the same time and that nixed that idea. But I do think that Jet jaguar’s update turned him into Pelops somehow. I could be wrong about that too though.

Oh no. The crystals are crumbling, Pelops is splitting, he went to the future... SHIVA is playing the song. It’s all hitting the fan now. I’m scared. Guess we’ll see how it ends soon.

I was right about Jet Jaguar being Pelops. I thought that Mei went back in time to become Ashihara but it was Pelops that went back in time… he’s the answer all along. I knew there was a link. Honestly when he caught Yun and said “I got you.” I thought he was the answer. It turned out pretty nifty. Go Jet Jaguar PP! They stopped the catastrophe together but it took work and well… yeah. He played the song to get Mei and Yun to work together methinks, to get all the answers. Time is tricksy like that. I love that he came back as Pelops at the end even after saying goodbye. ^_^
