Ohh so the doctor is very idiosyncratic I see. Almost like Dr. House in his bedside manner or rather his brashness? Like he was NOT playing when it came to dealing with the mom in the least. He wanted his patient cured and he wasn’t accepting her crap. He was pretty rough on the patient herself, too. Furthermore, it was pretty obvious that she was the actor in the movie. I called it before they said anything. They looked exactly alike. Moving on, they child abuse/exploitation was really difficult to watch. I’m glad that it got sorted out to some degree. You can’t undo the past but what’s up with everyone just turning a blind eye to what she was doing? She was over the top with her over little things. That ending though. It went from touching to holy whoa we’re going there?! LOL. Guess next time is a special treat

I posted this last week but it’s not here... 😖. Why does this happen? They really went there with this one. And the reason that he got the disease was just desserts. I’m glad that he suffered for choosing the liar’s way out. The answer was so simple from the outset. Just don’t be a lying, conniving sack of shit and you won’t suffer like this. Gee, go figure.

Oh the mystical items shop, nifty. I understand the oba-chan now. It’s a matter of past life memories not a long lived kids body. I didn’t think the doctor actually was sweet enough to go running after the guy like that but I guess so after the first episode; he was really attached to the first patient, after all. Too bad he didn’t do very well. The plan really was quite genius though. I’m glad they caught him and won the bet. Plus he got his mysterious item after all. Good job relying on a disabled person’s compensation to win the day. We’re not useless after all. Of course making it out like blind people have super powers is possibly annoying to people with visual disabilities, I don’t know.

Considering that Nico nii is from a special bloodline (or at least, being the grandson of that grandma) must have allowed him to pick up some tricks here and there. He had clapped his hands together right before starting his search, so I think he was using ... a "mysterious" trick? But I feel reeeeeally curious about one thing: How does Ramune earn money? We've never seen him charging his customers for anything. Who pays him???

That’s some effective incense. I’m glad that he realized that he needed to be himself and his friend was concerned about him/wanted him to be true to himself rather than preferring him to suppress his truth. A real friend will always want you to be who you are. This show does a good job of teaching life lessons as it goes about it’s business.

This was a really sad and dark episode. I remember these kids from the last episode actually. They influenced the last set of people. Who knew how poorly things turned out for them. That’s really messed up. I’m hoping that the brother, Yuu, survived somehow but damn. Even still, it looks like the assistant got a bad feeling and is going back to look for Dr. Ramune at least. The ears have totally progressed so it’s a really bad situation even before this happened.

They got the shells to work—mom accepted the words she didn’t want to hear but it was actually creepy to watch happen. The doctor had a plan but his assistant was not amused by him putting himself at risk in order to carry it out. How considerate.

Episode 6 The episode ended so happily. After all that misery, that family deserves this happiness. I'm glad that Rio-kun can get his voice back. The dad seemed so helpless at first, trying to console his wife and also trying to provide for the family, no time for his own grief. But now they're coming together. Usually shows just display sweetness a d light but this one tackled real issues and the proper way to adapt to overcome and grow and heal. So we can see that they do have a future. In that way, it’s like I can believe that they will be okay. It’s actually what I like a lot about this show is he makes them face their issues head on and heal themselves. It’s all therapy in a sense and I’m here for that hardcore.

Amaya I think you’d like this show. You were looking for recommendations kind of like Noragami... this one is Supernatural, has some humor but a good story/underlying message, I guess I’d say? ^_^ it’s currently airing but I still feel comfortable recommending it thus far.

This episode just smacks of abuse and it pissed me off. The little artist kid was adorable and it was nice to see more of the assistant’s life but I can’t stand the father and that ending-I’m so livid right now. Ugh.

She strained her back?! Papa wanted to keep him at home because he loves him so much?! Wtf?! Shun sent the popcorn out into space after realizing what it was?! So many issues... but they got worked out at least and Kuropi did so well. I’m proud of him and glad things worked out. The doctor was right to rough up the dad, too. Mama looks just like Shun—how precious. The sparkles got made and filled her room. That’s a promise worth keeping. Looked like he got a sparkle idea when he saw Kuropi’s hand as well.

I thought I liked this show before. Now after this Aona part, I'm in love with it. I feel sad to think that 8 episodes are already done.... > Papa wanted to keep him at home because he loves him so much?! Wtf?! I know right!!! Here I was wondering what evil plans he might have had for making him work for the family business instead of pursuing an artistic career. He just has a ... what... soncon? > Shun sent the popcorn out into space after realizing what it was?! This was soooooooooo sad my heart cried. Kuropi and Ramune did amazingly well. Teamwork for the win! Ramune was totally panicking when Kuropi hurt his hand. I'm glad the two of them could get back the bag. Also, Aona's mom is so precious. Good thing she can handle papa so well. I fell in love when she told him "we should support him, not hold him back".
