Well... that popular guy really didn’t want to admit to not being good at something, did he? And Tomozaki used his own logic that he hated for the game of life. I’m glad he got that thrown back in his face. They definitely gave us enough clues that Hinami was going to be NONAME before it was revealed. But she’s likely going to end up his girlfriend, isn’t she? I mean it’s the classic makeover plot where you end up with the one you clean up. But with a gamer twist. I just have a feeling the popular guy is going to be an antagonist. Also things are t going to be that easy if that smile practice is any indication.

Damn, things are progressing quite quickly in his game of life. He’s doing damned well. I have a feeling that this is going to turn into a harem game somehow. He’s hitting it off pretty well with these ladies considering how socially inept he was. And yeah, Mr. Popular was obvi butter AF. I’m glad that that situation was taken care of so that he was exposed. I hope that they don’t just forget about tissue girl simply because she doesn’t wear a necktie.

Wait, he got a makeover? I figured this was coming but how funny that he asked to buy the mannequin. Poor guy. They split their food like a proper date. Cuteness. And yay—they didn’t forget our our little silver haired girl. I’m with Tomozaki about the sincerity issues. I think his concern for such things is quite touching, actually. I wonder if he’s going to read the books. Ohh he chose to talk to her anyways, how sincere of him to follow through. And now he’s connecting to both of them! This is definitely a harem show lol.

OMG, he’s making so much progress. I adore his sincerity. The way that he talked to her at her place about gaming, life and changing? Then the conversation coming clean about the books was perfection. I was super concerned about that TackFam challenge happening, I’m not gonna lie but Erica lashing out at the end was the best thing that could’ve happened because when Tomozaki flipped out, it won everyone over with his sincerity yet again. He’s awkward but kind and genuine. He showed that he wasn’t an arrogant asshole—that he acknowledges hard work and effort. He respects his opponents and welcomes the challenge. It might look like easy wins or thrashings but he’s glad to play and encouraging the effort. He won’t turn away or say it’s a waste of time. That means something. Respect and consideration go a long way.

Hahaha that movie trip was another training session. So, he made a friend for sure with that speech. And he was shocked about doing so. He was totally invited on a double date though. Wicked cool. Interesting how it turned out. He seems really concerned about the notion of Aoi dating someone though. Guess we’ll see what happens between them. The student council looks like it’s going to be a debacle. Somehow I thought there was going to be a twist wherein he got nominated or something but they seems not to have occurred.

This election deal got complicated. Hinami is a cocky little thing. First she demands that he become Mimimi’s manager then boasts that she has no chance. Is it any question that he decides he needs to take her down? I do wonder if she’s playing them though. Just a little something in the back of my head... I also want to know what the music was all about but I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

The election was a serious debacle! Hinami is a fierce competitor. She bulldozed thru their strategy but The Navi thing was still brilliant. It was nice seeing the insight on Mimimi and Tama. I’m glad Tomozaki got his date scheduled! I wonder if Mimimi has a crush now and what’s really going on in her head that she changed the next day?

Mimimi is so much trouble! It’s like she did t realize that everything she was feeling was completely natural. That being said, I’m glad they got things sorted out in the end. I figured he’d get help from the silver haired girl honestly but he went to Tama instead. Speaking of, when is his date happening? Shouldn’t they have gone to the movies by now? This show has a weird sense of time... either way, yay for things working out.

Did he really succeed in picking on his target or did his target pick on him? It’s hard to tell for sure in this scenario. Maybe they’re just getting closer to one another? His goal is to be dating Kikuchi by the time the summer is over. Not bad. But let’s see how it goes. He seems to do better with her when he’s being more natural than rehearsed so... interesting and I wonder when he’ll realize that one.

The sleepover is full of surprises. At least the couple that they’re trying to set up has mutual feelings. Tomozaki is doing well in being honest and trying to get to the bottom of each situation earnestly. Also he’s apparently hung like a horse lol. Hinami is either teasing him or really likes him and is pretending to tease him. I never can tell with her but is she really trying to get him to kiss her?!

OMG Hinami clearly has a thing for Tomazaki and vice versa but the fact that our boy confessed is like oh shit. And then everything fell apart. I don’t even know how he’s going to recover from this now.

So he searches his soul to find an answer, ending up doing so and convincing her of the validity of his stance. It was a cute show. A little predictable at times but fun. The ending was pretty decent. Like how he turned things around on her and they left it open to an entirely new season with more people to “play against”. Judgement this one is finished please move it out of currently airing. Thanks. ^_^

I forgot to post about these when they aired this summer… when they got updated on Funimation, I thought they were new and rewatched them lol. Tomozaki pretending that he doesn’t know who dude’s crush is was painful to watch. Fuuya was adorable though. I’m glad that she’s working on her communication and that Fumiya is doing better about his part, too. The story of how Mimi, Tama and Aoi all became friends was so sweet and twisted. It really helped to explain their dynamics in many ways. All of that convoluted bassackwards stuff was just too much. Maybe if they were more straightforward and honest with each other about their feelings and what was going on, things would’ve gone smoother throughout the season lol.
