I watched this as soon as it aired earlier today but fell asleep. duuude. I wanna cosplay that WBC. Moving on, poor RBC and those unfair work conditions. That false advertising though. Management recruiting under false pretenses and then trying to work everyone to death. Even the little platelets were fed up/burnt out as cell. The one good senpai there got himself martyred in the first episode. This is about to be rough. Cholesterol is building up and smoking has just started (which I recognized as soon as it happened, by the way). Those things are no good and make me feel attacked. I should try to do better about managing my stress—either way, these folx are in for a bumpy ride lol.

Episode 1 Dyamm. This is a total horrorshow. I watched this right after watching episode 1 of Hataraku Saibou 2 and I just couldn't digest the transition from the kawaii platelets to ... this..... ohmygod I'm scared. That aside, the cruel reality of a sick body was shown really well here. I just kept wondering why the WBC's uniform couldn't have enough fabric for her boobs > Even the little platelets were fed up/burnt out as cell. What the cell :

Also I think the uniforms are well... uniform and she’s just too busty, it’s a problem when you’re well endowed with a smaller frame. Unless you tailor your clothes, you’re going to burst out of them. :

The better example is naive T cell whose uniform went from a little baggy to ripping off the sleeves and stupid tight. He’s one of the killer T cells so it’s the same uniform. Also my response to your dilemma is this: it’s a bad joke but seriously, I don’t like it but I do like it. In this case, there’s fan service for both so it’s equal opportunity. And they’re making the uniform issues make sense. But everyone is entitled to their views and I’ll never argue against someone standing up for exploitation. :

Oof. The stress of that day and snapping at others because your threshold is super low—I felt that. The senpai keep dying. Every department is suffering. This RBC is living in hell but he somehow has two potential female interests? Is this the suspension bridge effect?

They really made reproduction/sex seem noble AF. Also they gave me really bad flashbacks to my ex-husband. Gotta say that the time lag between. The subtitles a d the episode made it hard to watch but this episode was really good. Bright side, maybe the sperm will reach some ova? Really crappy side, gonococci gained access to the body. White Blood Cell is becoming more and more of a cool character. The bullying from the senpai is just out of control. Like seriously quit taking your workplace stress out on others but that’s how people are—when you’re powerless, you pick on those weaker than yourself to make you feel better. Disgusting. Duuude the pretty WBC just got dead?! I knew gonorrhea was no joke but FML, it’s going all out. And it keeps chanting “lonely” which is creep AF. Ugh the RBCs that threw a fit at that WBCs were so obnoxious. Nooo, we met another amazing character only to have her die. I liked the captain! Wow, RBC got all deep about the roles of the cells and volunteered to go to the dangerous areas. Then he waxed poetic about pus. I’m just glad that the antibiotic came through when it did. Good grief. And seriously, after all that, the killer T cells are gonna try to save the day? I’ve gotta see this.

OMG. The overwork and delirium were no joke. Yes there were cute moments between RBC and WBC but poor Hair Matrix Cells, Killer T Cells and Helper T Cell. That was a huge tragedy. My heart hurt watching it, especially after seeing the hair cells in the other show. The contrast is so stark. And was that a kidney stone that just got passed? Oof, that sucks big time. So many problems.

oof. That stone was ugly. Poor little kidney cells. They had it really rough. And this body is so rundown that a huge plethora of germs came running up the tube? What happened to sterilization? Did they come from the body itself even though it should’ve been surgically prepped? RBC is a champ in this environment for sure. The junior WBC’s seem to either enjoy teasing him or kinda think he’s cute. Maybe both.

Oof. This was yet another harsh episode. As expected, things went down a super dark path. But at least they got super cheesy and worked out well in the end. Blondie was able to be redeemed by the power of friendship. This RBC protagonist is a lot different than the one from the classic show. He won rookie of the year. No way could she have done that.

The DVT and PE were sufficiently scary... it’s always fun watching all the stuff that I know about. I feel sorry for the hepacyte. She’s got it really rough. They brought back those two asshole RBCs and, honestly, I wasn’t upset to see them die... like too bad about all the rest of the cells in the clot but those two, meh. You don’t have to let circumstance turn you into that. They’re taking it out on others to that point and it’s ridiculous. However, this ending is highly disturbing. Looks like an autoimmune disorder. Poor WBC.

What the hell is wrong with this body? This guy doesn't eat properly (I've NEVER seen any of the RBCs carrying food but that might simply be not shown, the way the RBCs aren't shown carrying CO2 either), lives on energy drinks, drinks too much alcohol, etc. Now he's not sleeping and he's been standing upright all the time? I guess he has that kind of demanding job but maaaaaaaaaan. This is depressing. > Looks like an autoimmune disorder. Poor WBC. (2) I feel so, so bad for all the cells in his body.
