Maaaan. I was so pissed off for chunks of this episode. The people were so mean! Those kids and that aunt were shitheads who really didn’t deserve such a kindhearted person like him being there doing all that work for them. From the outset, he proved himself to be smart, resourceful, hardworking and caring. I would say that I couldn’t believe that little brat of a cousin killed him as a child but I believe it. His mom paid someone to kill him just now. Ugh. I’m glad that was obviously a setup by the detective to help him escape. Those new clothes are badass. I love that outfit. But now there’s new characters. I wonder how they’re going to get along?

I'm really liking this so far! : I hate those people that Kabane lived with!!! They were scum and so mean to him 😡I can't believe that one boy even killed him once! I kinda wish those monsters would have gotten him >.> I'm so glad Kabane got out of there now. I also gotta say I loved that part when Inugami told him that the one who was killed was Dorota-bou. That was a nice touch to it because now he left his old life behind. Kabane's new clothes look awesome and now there's two new kids who seem to be around his age. Hopefully he'll be able to befriend them because it doesn't look like he ever had friends. I'm looking forward to what's gonna happen next. Oh and I also like the detective so far.

Episode 1 I am loving this show. Dorotabou had such a sorry life what the hell. When Inugami asked for Dorotabou to wait on him, the aunt was definitely pissed. Dorotabou had to bathe with some sort of cleaning liquid??? That definitely didn't look like bath soap. That Yataro is such a sicko. At first I thought he was just a bully but he had even tried to kill Kabane when they were FIVE?????? Was it by accident? Didn't feel like it was by accident. Ugh. Felt especially awful right after the bullying in Koe no Katachi........ And when Kabane was like "No, I don't want to meet my parents. Just kill me." *smile* : : : Thank goodness for Inugami, though. Is he picking up other child hanyo and taking them under his wing? The clothes he gave Kabane were so cute. She treated him like garbage because he was different; let her son mistreat him too and then hired someone to kill him even though she knew he wasn’t the one killing the animals—she knew the truth about him, remember. Shiki is such a tsundere. I love watching him interact with Kamane. Oof, apparently the one he and I called a girl was a boy all along. I should’ve known better. I know stereotypes are bs. It was super fun that Shiki couldn’t resist being nice to him no matter how he tried. I was a bit disturbed by what looked like shrimp on the pizza but alright. I’m glad he was able to save the family. That little boy is like never gonna steal again, like Jacky said. He definitely learned his lesson the hard way. And I’m glad that Inugami is going to help look for the parents though that conversation at the end was a bit mysterious. Yay for anime intrigue.

Oh shit I forgot to post about the episode > Actually, I guess that's normal but he looks so much like Kacchan and even acted like Kacchan at the beginning He totally made me think of Bakugo as well : I really enjoyed the episode, especially the interactions between Kaname and Shiki were fun to watch. It was also nice to see their powers more and seeing how well Kaname did on his first job! I can't think of much to say... xD
