They look tasty. Like I said on Kast. For whole wheat, add extra sugar/honey and/or extra vita wheat gluten in herder to get it to rise up better because whole wheat flour needs that. It will cut the gluten strands as it rises otherwise.
For the pie crust, do you have a crust saver for the edges of it? If not, use aluminum foil on the edges do that it doesn’t get darker than the rest of the crust while it’s cooking. It’s a lifesaver. ^_^
