The Monthly PAW: October 2020

Another month, another PAW! I kept thinking about the topics a lot in the past few days and now I almost forgot about it : How to join: Joining is simple. All you need to do is send me a pm titled "PAW October 2020" including your submission(s). You can only submit one entry per category but you can take part in all the categories. For uploading images make sure to use imgur.com to upload them. You can find the rules and all information about the contest here: "The Monthly PAW Returns! The deadline will be on Monday, the 26th of October at 9 UTC+1. Check time of the deadline on this counter! The Topics: P for Photograhpy: Autumn - Quite a generic topic, I know. But I think despite the cold and rainy days, autumn also has quite some beautiful sides to it so I'd like you to take a photo that makes you think of this season. A for Art: Yōkai - For those of you who don't know what Yōkai (also known as ayakashi) are supernatural creatures from japanese folklore. Some well known examples include kitsune, kappa, tengu and oni but there are many more. But I'm sure most of you have already seen Yōkai in anime and manga W is for Writing: Zombies - This month you have to write a zombie story. It's up to you whether the zombies are bad (like they usually are) or good (like in Zombieland Saga for example). There's different ways to go with, be creative ;) I'm really looking forward to seeing all the submissions and I hope you like the topics! : PS: If you have any questions, feel free to ask ;) Love, Jacky

Youkai... Do you count those moefied youkai? Or are we going just traditional here? Because in the case of moe, I might actually have an entry.

Dayum dayum. Yokai and zombies sound interesting. Might participate if I get time. But definitely looking forward to different types of yokai and zombi persona. I think there are some posts on yokai in the Japan A whole different world thread. https://www.voidcentury.club/post23201.html#p23201
